PROGILENCE has carried out an Impact Assessment Study in the Power Sector for assessing post-training impact for Power Sector Personnel across 6 states. The study was commissioned for training delivered under the Saubhagya Scheme of rural electrification for the government. The states covered under the study included Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh.
