Skills Gap Study in Kozikode District

PROGILENCE carried out a comprehensive primary research Skills Gap study in the District of Kozhikode, Kerala for a large Indian conglomerate. This was done with a view to establish needs for various vocational training programmes in the state. Over 300 companies, 1000 individuals were interviewed along with relevant state government bodies.
