PROGILENCE developed National Occupational Standards and related qualification for Training and Assessment for the Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council of India, formed under the aegis of All India Management Association (AIMA) with support from National Skills Development Corporation, the Ministry of Skills Development and Indian Society of Training and Development. These are competency based standards for various roles including trainers, assessors, instructional designers, etc. These were developed after pan-India interactions with relevant stakeholders in workshop format. The standards are aimed to bring a measure of basic standardisation and quality improvements to the training and assessing talent pool and related development processes in the country.
