Development of Occupational Standards and Qualifications for the Capital Goods Sector, Occupational Mapping and Related Research

PROGILENCE carried out a comprehensive, nation-wide research in the Capital Goods Sector in over 16 locations interacting with over 200 companies of different sizes and from various sub-sectors. This culminated in creating a director of jobs and occupations in the sector, along with performance benchmarks which translated into National Occupational Standards and related qualifications.
